Created in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence in 2018, CLTRA exists to assist families of Carteret County with disaster damage and loss.
- Over 600 homes repaired after Florence
- Volunteers provided over 90% of the labor needed to restore those homes
- Guided numerous families to help to through NC ReBuild and other agencies
